Overall, the possibility of exponential savings is the reason i continue to use NA. I have found some 90% off deals. Crappy photos is my biggest complaint. A clear photo of the product LABEL would be awesome. take some notes from ebay sellers guys! 2nd biggest complaint, there are soooooooo many mistakes. The titles OFTEN lack size info, photos do not accurately convey type of disclosed damage, staff does not know proper names of items, they use stock photos that do not accurately represent item being sold. They reuse photos/use the same photo of one item when they have 15 but 2 are actually broken and 2 are a different color. I return A LOT of my purchases. Regarding pick Up: normally it is 100% as easy as others have said. DM and NLV parking lot staff is uber great in this respect. HOWEVER, the henderson location will not take returns from the other locations which is NOT convenient. Pick up at the off-site auctions is miserable. I simply stopped buying from off-site locations. Regarding returns: As easy as others have said. I have always gotten my $$ back within 72 hours. Regarding customer service: my emails are 95% answered within 3 hours, my calls are taken by a live agent sometimes with rarely a lengthy 10 minute(?) hold. no one has ever been rude. Regarding the website: items are easy to find, the search engine is good. many improvements have been made. Regarding policies: i.e. cancellation, bid retraction - considering the SHEER VOLUME of mistakes NA makes when listing, they should be 1000% more generous in their allowances for mistakes or misunderstanding or changing mind or cold-feet on the part of the buyer! My advice: the price MUST be so good that it warrants the added costs of gas to pick up, the potential frustration (like missing pieces, broken parts, wrong size given, inaccurate descriptions etc.) AND the extra gas to potentially return. DEFINITELY harder to find exceptional deals now that the site is more known. If the auction price + tax + 15% is not WAY less than the store (depending on the item), I may as well wait for the inevitable sale, or wait for the shipping from Temu/AliExpress/Shein where i can get the same item brand new and have less headache or scroll Craigslist/FB Marketplace which are still viable options for used stuff.

Great website, quick pickups, and easy returns if there's an issue. Just be aware that buying auction is addicting and way too easy to buy more than you actually need and have time to use, haha! Enjoy the company's offerings but fight those hoarder tendencies! 😄 Oh, although, there's a ton of Chinese-made stuff that was originally sold on Amazon, so watch out for that 'cuz you never know what contaminants and quality and broken safety regulation issues you're gonna end up dealing with. This operation is smooth like butter. They must take good care of their employees cause they are always helpful and happy and move with a spring in their step. I liked this auction better when it wasn't so popular. It's harder to get good deals anymore. They could step up the accuracy on the listings, but at least their very open and receptive to feedback. Never had a bad experience.

I have purchased about 16 items so far from this auction for less than retail price. However the only thing I would say that sucks is that the description does not match the item, their return policy is easy tho I would recommend to check the product while your there so you don’t waste gas going back and forth. Some items are great in good condition, it’s a hit or miss.

It's okay. Most things you can find on Amazon for the same price- delivered to your door. Make sure to check it over thoroughly as well since I've gotten things that appeared fine in the package but when I opened it up it was broken or missing pieces. They do have a feature on the site that says when items are missing pieces or broken, but it's not always accurate.
